Prime Minister established the Steering Committee of the Government to review the implementation of 1992 Constitution; amend and supplement the 1992 Constitution; Justice agencies are assigned as the standing agencies.

On December29, Ministry of Justice held a "Conference Drafting Committee and Editorial Projects Civil Status Law." After announcing the decision established the Drafting Committee and the Law Project Editorial Team, participants agreed to focus discussion on the working regulations, draft plan and discussed the working Regulation on the building Law orientation.

Assisting the Government in performing the state management on security transaction registration, with the sponsor from the project supporting the implementation of laws on international economic integration - United State Agency for International Development (USAID), Ministry of Justice on December 26, organized the first dialogue forum on security transaction registration.Deputy Minister Dinh Trung Tung attended and had an opening speech.

Within the project " Strengthening Access to Justice and Protection of Rights in Viet Nam " sponsored by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Ministry of Justice on December 22 held a workshop on assessing the situation of gender equality in the justice sector and developing the tools to integrate gender equality issues in the construction of legal documents.

General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement on December 21 organized a conference to deploy the 2012 civil judgment enforcement tasks. Minister Ha Hung Cuong, Deputy Ministers Nguyen Duc Chinh and Pham Quy Ty, representative from the Supreme People's Procuracy and other leaders of agencies under Ministry of Justice attended the Conference. From the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement’s side were General Director Nguyen Van Luyen, Deputy General Directors Nguyen Van Son and Hoang Sy Thanh, representatives from the local department of civil and military judgment enforcement as well as bailiff offices.
