Attending the meeting were Minister of Justice Ha Hung Cuong, head of the drafting committees, Deputy Minister of Justice Dinh Trung Tung, Vice Chairman; Mr. Nguyen Son, Deputy Chief Justice of Supreme People's Court, member; Mr. Nguyen Van Pha, Vice President of the Central Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front, member and other comrades are members of the Drafting Committee and Editorial Project.

Discussed at the conference, participants exchanged views on major orientations above and agreed with contents of the permanent orientation that the Drafting Committee stated.
