At the meeting, Director of Legal Dissemination and Education Department Nguyen Duy Lam,  head of the editorial group, reported the main contents of the Draft Law  as well as the compiling plans. Accordingly, the project of Law on grassroot-level conciliation will aim at addressing the shortcomings and problems that still exist in the provisions of the current legal documents on conciliation related to scope, subjects, rules, procedures and organisation of conciliation as well as concerned matters.

In his speech, Minister Ha Hung emphasized the law help to create a sharp and sustainable changes for the grassroot-level conciliation, reducing the number of disputes brought to courts. He expressed the hope to receive enthusiastic comments from the participants to fulfill the project./.-ITD
