On 8 July 2014 in Hanoi, within the framework of the Technical Assistance Project for Legal and Judicial System Reform (Phase 2), Ministry of Justice in collaboration with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) organized a seminar on commenting and making suggestions on Section 7 of the Civil Code (amended): Civil relations involving foreign elements.
