Having reminded the beautiful friendship between Vietnam and Lao, Deputy Minister Nguyen Khanh Ngoc was very happy that the cooperation between lawyers from two countries was getting closer everyday. He also noticed that both parties had to have specific requirements for the cooperation to be succesful.
Mr. Khamsay Soulinthone appriciated the warm welcome from Deputy Minister Nguyen Khanh Ngoc. He also infomed that this visit was to exchange, learn and strengthen the cooperation between Vietnam Lawyer Federation and Lao Lawyer Association. The member of the delegation specially wanted to learn the Ministry of Justice experience in managing and developing lawyers and also how to let lawyers contribute to the state.
