On May 13th, the Organizer and Secretariat of the 3rd Mediator National Contest had a meeting at the Ministry of Justice. Deputy Minister of Justice, Chief Organizer Phan Chi Hieu chaired the meeting.

On May 13th, Deputy Minister of Justice Nguyen Khanh Ngoc hosted a citizens reception to solve problems relating to judicial service. The reception was attended by delegates from the General Department of Civil Judgement Execution, the Ministry Inspector, the Bureau of State Compensation and the Ministry Office.

On May 20th, the Ministry of Justice held the 2nd Drafting Committee and Editorial Team meeting of the Law on State Compensation Liability (amended). The meeting was chaired by Minister of Justice Le Thanh Long, who also is the chief of the Drafting Committee.

In order to localize the regulations about international organized crime of the international treaty which Vietnam is a member, the 2015 Criminal Code have supplemented and amended many regulations. These supplements and amendments were applauded by the international experts who attend the seminar hosted by the Ministry of Justice on May 23rd, they also shared their experience in implementing the new regulations.

On June 6th, Deputy Minister Nguyen Khanh Ngoc chaired the seminar about the survey results of legal assistance demands and the implementation of the Law on Legal assistance. The seminar was attended by some international organizations and other Vietnamese relating organs.

On June 8th, Deputy Minister of Justice Phan Chi Hieu chaired the seminar about what and how to deploy the lawyer training program for international integration. The seminar was attended by some foreign and domestic lawyers, representatives of some training facilities and relating units of the Ministry of Justice.

On June 15th, the Spokesman of the Ministry of Justice, Deputy Minister Tran Tien Dung officially addressed the press about the evaluation of Resolution drafts on business conditions. Mr. Deputy Minister emphasized that the Ministry of Justice did not evaluated 44 Resolutions in 1 week.

On June 17th, the Ministry of Justice and the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) organized the Workshop on indroduction of the 2015 Civil Code. Attending the workshop was Deputy Minister of Justice Dinh Trung Tung; Mr. Kawanishi, who is the Chief Advisor of Project JICA amd Prosecutor of Japanese Ministry of Justice.

On June 23rd, Deputy Minister of Justice - Dean of Hanoi Law University, PhD. Le Tien Chau granted the diplomas to the 37th Hanoi Law University students at the National Convention Center.
