On 31 December 2010, Department of legal dissemination and education coordinated with Department of economic-civil legislation under Ministry of Justice to organize the training conference introducing the content of the law on state compensation and its guiding documents. The training conference witnessed the attendance of the divisions’leaders from departments under Ministry of Justice.

On 29 December 2010, Ministry of Justice coordinated with Ministry of Education and Training to organize the seminar evaluating effectiveness of the legal dissemination and education at school. The seminar witnessed the participation of delegates from some functional agencies under the two ministries, local departments of justice, local departments of education and training and schools in Hanoi. Mr Nguyen Duy Lam, Director of legal dissemination and education department under Ministry of Justice, and Mr Chu Hong Thanh, Director of justice department under Ministry of Education and Training, co-chaired the seminar.

On 27 December 2010, Ministry of Justice organized the workshop on development of provincial justice index (PJI). Attending the workshop were representatives from Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Home Affairs, The Supreme People's Court, VNCI, VCCI, departments under Ministry of Justice and 12 local departments of justice. The workshop is held on two days (27-28 December 2010).

On 24 December 2010, Ministry of Justice organized the ceremony summarizing 5 years’ implementation of the ordinance on judicial assessment. The ceremony aimed at evaluating the gained results, considering limits and shortcomings, recommending the solutions to effectively implement the judicial assessment in the coming time, serving the task of building the law on judicial assessment and implementing Decision No. 258/QD-TTg dated February 11, 2010 of the Prime Minister approving the Scheme on renewing, and raising the effectiveness of judicial assessment.

On 22 December 2010, the General Department of Civil Judgement Enforcement organized a ceremony to summarize the work of civil judgement enforcement in 2010 and build its orientation in 2011 in Danang City. Attending the ceremony were Justice Deputy Minister Nguyen Duc Chinh and representatives from sectors and agencies of central Government and Danang City as well as from local departments of civil judgement enforcement.
