A seminar on judicial record forms was held in Danang city
Within the scope of the Justice Partnership Programme (JPP) - a joint program between the Government of Vietnam, Government of Denmark, Government and Sweden and the European Union, Ministry of Justice organized the seminar on judicial record forms in Danang city on 27 December 2010.
Attending the seminar were representatives from Ministry of Public Security, Hanoi People’s court, departments under Ministry of Justice, and some local departments of justice.
At the seminar, representatives from department of judicial administration under ministry of justice briefed the content of the draft forms of judicial records and the draft circular guiding the use of the judicial record forms and books.
The seminar also discussed and sought opinions from delegates on the two above drafts.
The collected opinions and recommendations will be useful to perfect the draft forms of judicial records and draft circular guiding the use of the judicial record forms and books./. -ITD
