The training conference introducing the law on state compensation

On 31 December 2010, Department of legal dissemination and education coordinated with Department of economic-civil legislation under Ministry of Justice to organize the training conference introducing the content of the law on state compensation and its guiding documents. The training conference witnessed the attendance of the divisions’leaders from departments under Ministry of Justice.
At the conference, Mr Duong Dang Hue, director of department of economic-civil legislation, introduced about the need to promulgate the law and briefed the content of the law: the subjects who are responsible for compensation; persons who receive compensation; scope, fields, conditions and levels of compensation… Through the conference, the staff and civil servants were able to raise their awareness of the law and improve their responsibility in the activities serving citizens./.-ITD
