On May 21, People's Committee of Ha Giang Province issued Decision No. 949/QD-UBND on monitoring plan of law enforcement in the province.

On May 08, Congressional Delegation had a meeting with the provincial People's Committee of Nghe An province to monitor the implementation of the law. Attending at the meeting were Mr Pham Van Tan - Deputy Head of provincial parliamentarians, Mr. Thai Van Hang - Member of the Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee and representatives from the departments who concerned.

On the morning of April 25, in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Department of Justice held a legal training conference for nearly 150 officers of Justice - Civil Status of the communes, wards and towns in this province. Mr. Tran Quang Binh - Deputy Director of the Justice Department attended and chaired this Conference.

To continue effective implementation of monitoring the implementation of the law in the province in accordance with Decree No. 59/2012/ND-CP dated 23/7/2012 of the Government; also assessing the situation and effective law enforcement, timely detection of errors, limitations in this work, to recommend measures to improve the legal system, on March 04, provincial People's Committee of Ben Tre has issued the Plan No.881/KH-UBND on monitoring the implementation of legislation in the province in 2013.

Implement the spirit of Decision No.2659/QD-BTP issued by the Justice Ministry on issuing of professional ethics officials, civil servants and judicial sector, Soc Trang Department of Justice on October 24 issued Plan No. 52/KH-STP on implementation of the standards of professional ethics officials, civil servants and employees of the Judiciary.
