Nha Trang City hosted a workshop on solving commercial disputes

On December 26, 2012, Khanh Hoa Provincial Association of Lawyers hosted a workshop on “Law of solving disputes in business and real application – Making plan of establishing legal consultancy net for business”.
Attending at the workshop were about 100 delegates from companies, departments and legal angencies in the province, some lawyers of Khanh Hoa Provincial Association of Lawyers. Associate Professor and Doctor Duong Dang Hue , Director of Civil and Economic Department (under Misnistry of Justice) and Doctor Nguyen Dinh Tho, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial Association of Lawyers chaired the workshop.
The workshop was hosted under the program of interdisciplinary legal assistance for companies in the stage of 2010-2014 of the government.
The participants heard a number of contributions on regulations applying to solve disputes in business, system of dispute solving agencies, ways of dispute solution, ... They also heard plan of establishing legal consultancy net for business, gave their opinions on it so that it can be made most effectively, helping safe business and stable development.
