Ben Tre issued Plan to monitor implementation of the law in the province in 2013

To continue effective implementation of monitoring the implementation of the law in the province in accordance with Decree No. 59/2012/ND-CP dated 23/7/2012 of the Government; also assessing the situation and effective law enforcement, timely detection of errors, limitations in this work, to recommend measures to improve the legal system, on March 04, provincial People's Committee of Ben Tre has issued the Plan No.881/KH-UBND on monitoring the implementation of legislation in the province in 2013.
Under this plan, the control of monitoring the implementation of the law in 2013 will be implemented in all areas under the jurisdiction of the local state. In particular, identify key areas to check is "The implementation of administrative procedures in the field of land applied at the provincial and district in the province of Ben Tre". Accordingly, all units, location have checking include all departments, provinces, People's Committee in district and commune level. Department of Justice will be the lead agency and its coordination and implementation include the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Office of the land use right registration in district and province level.
