Khanh Hoa province hosted legal knowledge training for communal justice

On the morning of April 25, in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Department of Justice held a legal training conference for nearly 150 officers of Justice - Civil Status of the communes, wards and towns in this province. Mr. Tran Quang Binh - Deputy Director of the Justice Department attended and chaired this Conference.
The conference focused on the main contents of the following topics were the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations, Adoption Law, Registered Plan implementing practical adoption in accordance with the Law on Adoption in province, the Government's Decree No. 28/2013/ND-CP on detailing and a number of measures to implement Legal Dissemination and Education Law. In addition, the Conference Organizing Committee also spent a reasonable amount of time to listen to the exchange participants and answer questions. This is one of the activities of the Justice Department in order to help maintain enhanced qualifications for communal justice officials to meet the practical requirements of justice facilities in new situation.
