Ministry of Justice, on October 11, held a seminar reviewing the implementation of the Criminal Records Law in Hanoi. Justice Deputy Minister Pham Quy Ty attended and chaired the seminar. Attending at the seminar were representatives from Departments of Justice, Public Security, Defense Ministries, Court, Procuratorate and civil judgment enforcement agencies.

Not that you always have security properties also make the recovery of debts and is really not easy to handle the security property under the current mechanism. Mr. Vu Duc Long, Director of the Department of National Registry of Secured Transactions stressed that "designed" strong competence for credit institutions "This is how to figure it did not run and ensure the ability to handle the security property of credit institutions”.

Mr. Ha Anh Dan, Chairman of the Inspection Commission under the Party Committee of the Centrally-run Agencies bloc attended the meeting.
