The Government issued Decree No. 01/2014/ND-CP dated January 03, 2014 providing conditions of and procedures for share purchase, total of maximum shareholding level for foreign investors, the maximum shareholding percentage for a foreign investor in a Vietnamese credit institution; conditions for a Vietnamese credit institution to sell shares to foreign investors.

The Government issued Decree No.106/2013/ND-CP dated September 17, 2013 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 05/1999/ND-CP dated February 03, 1999, on the people’s identity card already amended and supplemented by the Government’s Decree No. 170/2007/ND-CP dated November 19, 2007.

On September 05, the Government has issued Decree No. 102/2013/ND-CP on detailing a number of articles of the Labor Code on employment of foreigners working in Vietnam included procedures for granting labor work permits for foreign citizens working in Vietnam, labor is the expulsion of foreign citizens working without a work permit in Vietnam.
