On December 3, the Ministry of Construction issued Circular No.22-2010-TT-BXD on occupational safety in executing construction works ("Circular 22"). Circular 22 provides in details requirements on ensuring safety during the execution of construction works and liabilities of the relevant parties.

The Government issued Decree No 102/2010/ND-CP on October 1, including regulations issued pursuant to the 2005 Law on Enterprises.
