On June 18, 2018, the State Bank of Vietnam issued Circular No. 15/2018/TT-NHNN amending the Circular No. 22/2016/TT-NHNN dated June 30, 2016 by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on purchase of corporate bonds by credit institutions and branches of foreign banks.

This Law sets forth anti-competitive practices, economic concentration that causes or may cause anti-competitive effects on the market of Vietnam; unfair competition practices; competition legal proceedings; sanctions against violations of competition law; state management of competition.

On June 12, 2018, the National Assembly promulgates the Law on Denunciation. This Law provides for denunciation and settlement of denunciations of violations against the law during performance of duties and other violations against the law related to state management of fields; protection of denouncers and responsibilities of organizations for management of denunciation settlement.

On June 07, 2018, Justice Minister signed Decision No.1301/QD-BTP promulgating regulation on provision of information for citizens by the Ministry of Justice. This Decision comes into force from July 01, 2018.
