While in Berlin, the delegation worked with Ms. Angela Schmeink - IRZ Foundation head office in Berlin, Mr. Mathias Hellman - Department of International Cooperation and the rule of law dialogue under the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection. Both sides appreciated the achievements in the cooperation program in recent years, especially the efforts of the Vietnamese Justice Ministry to complete the Civil Code, the Law on Marriage and family to better protect human rights. The delegation also visited and worked in Berlin Court and Tempelhof-Kreuzberg Family Court.

In addition, the delegation visited to Vietnam Embassy in the Federal Republic of Germany. On behalf of the delegation, Deputy Minister Dinh Trung Tung highly appreciated the results that the Embassy has been achieved, and obtained the ideas of the embassy to propose to ask the relevant authorities to check, and direction resolved.
