At the meeting, Mr. Tran Van Thu, Director of civil judgment enforcement Department  reported and highlighted the notable results of the Department after two years of implementing the Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement.

That Vietnam National Assembly passed the Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement is a significant milestone in the process of perfecting the execution of civil judgments. Lots of new points of the law have had positive and effective impacts to the execution of civil judgments in Nghe An province. However, the implementation of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Law and its guiding documents also faced with many difficulties.

Justice Minister Ha Hung Cuong acknowledged and appreciated the great efforts of the provincial civil judgment enforcement sector. The Minister required the Sector  to actively coordinate with relevant agencies in fulfilling its tasks, enhancing the movement of voluntary judgment execution, paying attention to the work of training, retraining and fostering and continuing the campaign for studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example./.-ITD
