The meeting aimed at reviewing the recent implementation of the cooperation program, especially the activities in the first six months of 2011; sharing experiences and proposing ways to solve the difficulties to make the program more effective; discussing and consenting ways to implement the cooperation program in 2011 as well as the plan evaluating the three-year cooperation program (stage 2009-2011); discussing the next three-year cooperation program to implement and concretize the joint declaration on cooperation in the legal and judicial fields between Vietnam and Germany.

The three-year cooperation program covers 11 fields with 44 subjects in accordance with Vietnam ’s law system building and perfecting strategy to 2010 and visions to 2020  and judicial reform strategy toward 2020./-ITD
