Contents of the conference include the implementation of the Law on State Compensation Liability, the work of strengthening the organization and personnel performing the tasks of state management on compensation; contents and plans implementing Decree No. 55/2011/ND-CP dated 04/7/2011 of the Government on functions, tasks, powers and organizational apparatus of the legal organizations; the implementation of Child adoption law; handling dossiers of application for naturalization in Vietnam for stateless persons under Article 22 of Vietnam Nationality Law in 2008.

In the morning, conference participants heard presentations from experts of the Department of General Affairs on Legislative Development, the State Compensation Department, Department of Child Adoption and Department of Judicial Administration.
