Soldiers, Cipher employees shall be paid as for the Soldiers, People’s Police who are entitled to receive a continuing monthly allowance

On August 28, the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 99/2012/TTLT-BQP- BTC adjusted monthly allowances for Soldiers, Cipher employees shall be paid as for Soldiers, People’s Police who are receive a continuing monthly allowance.
Herewith, Soldiers receive a continuing monthly allowance as stipulated in Decision No. 142/2008/QD-TTg, Decision No. 38/2010/QD-TTg; Soldiers, Cipher employees paid as for Soldiers or People’s Police who are entitled to a monthly allowance as stipulated in Decision No. 62/2011/QD-TTg increased by 26.5% monthly allowance.

Adjustment for the objects defined in this Circular on May 01, 2012 follows:
- From full 15 years and under 16 years, an allowance equal to 1.17 million VND / month;
- From full 16 years and under 17 years, with allowance 1,229,000 VND/month;
- From full 17 years and under 18 years, with allowance 1,287,000 VND/month;
- From 18 years to 19 years, with allowance 1,346,000 VND/month;
- From full 19 years and under 20 years, with allowance 1,404,000 VND/month.
Funds for payment of monthly allowances to the object by the central budget guaranteed. Ministry of Finance to ensure the proposal of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to authorize the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to pay.
This Circular takes effect from the date of October15, 2012, the object is new allowances from the date of May 01, 2012.
