Regulations on bid review process

On 30 December 2010, the Ministry of Planning and Investment issued Circular No.01/2011/TT-BKHDT providing for bid review works of organizations and individuals participating in bid review.
Circular 01 also equips the agencies and units responsible for managing bid processes, bid training and related activities with provisions, principles and procedures of bid review. The relevant prescribed forms are also attached to this Circular. Circular 01 takes effect from March 01st, 2011 (according to the Official Letter No. 234/BKH-QLDT issued by the Ministry of Planning and Investment on January 14th, 2011) and replaces the Decision No.327/2007/QD-BKH of the Ministry of Planning and Investment dated 9 April 2007.
