According to this Decree organizations, foreign individuals who commit acts of administrative violations in the field of management and use of state property on the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam shall be sanctioned in accordance with provisions of this Decree and other relevant provisions of law; in case of international treaties which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a contracting party otherwise comply with international agreements.

The maximum fine for each act of administrative violation in the field of management and use of state assets is 50,000,000VND.

This Decree also specifies the administrative violations, sanctioning forms and levels; authority, sanctioning procedures, implementation and enforcement of administrative sanctioning decisions.

This Decree takes effect from the date of November 01, 2012.
