Ministry of Justice held Lunar New Year press meeting

A lunar New Year meeting with press agencies was held by Ministry of Justice on February 20 to inform its working results in 2012 and action plan in 2013. Attending the event were Minister Ha Hung Cuong, Deputy Minister Le Hong Son, leaders of departments under the Ministry and representatives from press agencies.
At the meeting, Justice Minister gave thanks to press agencies for their close cooperation in promulgating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws as well as comprehensively, up-to-date reflecting activities of Justice Sector, which helped Ministry of Justice to fulfill its assigned tasks.
He also emphasized the important role of press agencies and newspapers in bringing law to life. He expressed the hope that journalists would have more effective cooperation with the Ministry and Sector in the coming time. Meanwhile, the Ministry will positively inform press agencies all the information relating to Ministry and Sector’s activities.
On the occasion, he sent New Year’s greetings to journalists and wished them good health, happiness and success.
At the event, Mr Tran Tien Dung, Ministry’s spokeman, briefly introduced the Ministry’s working results in 2012 and key tasks in 2013. Deputy Minister Le Hong Son provided information on gathering opinions and comments on draft amendment of 1992 Constitution.
