Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Home Affairs signed a joint circular

On October 18, Ministry of Justice, in coordination with Ministry of Home Affairs, held the signing ceremony of the joint circular guiding the duties, powers, organization and staffing of the Justice Department under the Provincial People's Committee and Justice Division under the district People's Committee on State Compensation.
The joint circular shall define the duties, powers, organization and staffing of the provincial Department of Justice, under which the Department of Justice perform the advisory function and assist the provincial People's Committees over state compensation in local administrative management activities. The joint circular also defines the tasks, powers and organization of the Justice Division under the district People's Committee on State Compensation.
The Joint Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of its signing./.-ITD
