Cambodia is the only neighboring country that Vietnam hasn’t signed the Convention on judicial assistance in the civil and commercial areas. Meanwhile, two countries have traditional friendly relations and promoted the cooperation in various aspects of economics, commerce, tourism… Signing the Convention on judicial assistance will help to resolve the conflicts that may arise in international justice.
