Assessing the relationship between the two parties, Minister Ha Hung Cuong said that Japan, which was among the foreign partners to have cooperation in the legal and judicial fields with Vietnam, has committed to support Vietnam to build specific laws (the civil Code, the civil procedure Code, the civil Execution Law, the State Compensation Law) and be persistent with Vietnamese partners to reach the objectives.
Mentioning the legal and judicial reforms in Vietnam, the Minister shared that the two issues are inseparable as the legal system without good enforcement and examination apparatus can not achieve good results.
