Hoa Binh Province Department of Justice hosted conference to Research thoroughly the 5th Conference's Resolution of Central Party Committee

Implementation plan of the provincial Party Committee block, the Party Committee of Hoa Binh Province Department of Justice on September 14 held a conference to study thoroughly Resolution 5th of Central Committee (session XI) Conference for all officers, members, servants and employees of the Department. Mr. Quach Dinh Minh, member of municipal party committee, Party Secretary, Director of the Department chaired the conference.
Mr. Doan Van Thu, municipal party committee member, Secretary of the Party Committee of provincial agencies delivered speech to communicate topical 5 of Central Resolution 5.
