Dialogue between Vietnam and Japan Ministries of Justice

Justice Minister Ha Hung Cuong on January 11 received visiting Japanese Justice Minister Hideo Hiraoka at the Ministry’s headquarter addressed 60 Tran Phu str, Dong Da dist, Hanoi.
Minister Ha Hung Cuong affirmed the strategic partnership between the two countries has been becoming finer and finer and continuing to develop in depth. He also appreciated the effective cooperation between the two countries in legal and judicial fields over the past 15 years. Many cooperation programmes in this field have expanded rapidly, with a focus on composing legal documents, raising the capacity of legal experts, judicial cadres at central and local levels, exchanging legal and judicial information and experiences ...
In the coming time, besides continuing to achieve the objectives of the current projects between two sides, the two Ministries of Justice will strengthen and improve the effectiveness of the bilateral cooperation.
Vietnam also hopes to receive more support from Japan in amending the 1992 Constitution, the penal Code and in human resource training for Vietnam justice sector./.-ITD
