Deputy Minister Dinh Trung Tung held a working visit to Japan

Implementing the cooperation program support legislative and judicial reform, Ministry of Justice in collaboration with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) organized working delegation was led by Deputy Minister Dinh Trung Tung on researching and learning experience of building the Civil Code in Tokyo - Japan from February26 to March10, 2012.
The delegation represented in many sectors of the National Assembly’s Office, Government Office, the Supreme People's Court, the Central Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front and many agencies under MOJ.
On this occasion, the delegation had a courtesy visit to Mr. Nishikawa, Vice Minister of Justice Ministry of Japan. Mr. Dinh Trung Tung well thank for the help of Japan on supporting Vietnam in legislative, judicial reform. He also appreciated the relationship practical cooperation and efficiency between Ministries of Justice and suggested the both sides continue to develop cooperative relations to a greater height.
Through the working visit, MOJ delegation had gained so many knowledge and experience, set the stage for the study, amendment of the 2005 Civil Code.
