Circular guiding the work of emulation and commendation in the Justice Sector

On 7 March 2011, Ministry of Justice issued the Circular No 06/ 2011/ TT-BTP guiding the work of emulation and commendation in the Justice Sector. The Circular guided the subjects, scope, principles, forms, criteria, competence, order and procedures for emulation and commendation; the Emulation and Commendation Council; units and regions of emulation and the emulation and commendation Fund in the Justice sector.
This Circular takes effect on 20 April 2011 replacing Circular No 07/ 2006/ TT-BTP dated on 27 November 2006 of Ministry of Justice guiding the work of emulation and commendation in the Justice Sector and the Circular No 08/ 2007/ TT-BTP dated 14 November 2007 of Ministry of Justice guiding the setting up, management and use of the Emulation and Commendation Fund in the Justice Sector./.- ITD
