At the ceremony, Minister Ha Hung Cuong congratulated Mr. Tsuno has successfully completed his mission in Vietnam. Minister stressed that over four years to take on the responsibility as head of JICA in Vietnam (from October 2008 until now) Mr. Tsuno has contributed greatly to the development of partnerships strategic between Vietnam - Japan. In the field of law and justice, he has a special role in making the relationship between the Vietnam Ministry of Justice with the Japanese partner to new heights step.

Mr. Tsuno Motonori expressed his honor was awarded the medal "For the Cause of Justice" and  thanked colleagues in the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam and JICA has helped him fulfill his duty to contribute to development cooperation in the field of law and justice between the two countries. He also affirmed that Japan will continue to support Vietnam in this field because of legal cooperation is a key factor to create a sustainable basis for the development of bilateral relations.

Mr. Tsuno’s tenure will end its work in Vietnam and returned to Japan for new tasks on later of May. With sentiments of the people is close colleague and longtime friends, Minister Ha Hung Cuong wish that Mr. Tsuno would continue success in the new position and support Vietnam in coming time.
