Ca Mau: 2011 professional training on legal work and construction of legal documents

In Implementing Decision No. 708/QD-UBND dated April 25, 2011 signed by President of the provincial People's Committee on approving the legal work in 2011 and Dispatch Direct of the Chairman of Provincial People's Committee on 2011 professional training of law enforcement and working documents in the province, Justice Department on December20 coordinated with the Department of General Affairs on Legislative Development under Justice Ministry successfully organized conference training
In 01 day of conference, reporters from Justice Ministry in turn presented three topics: Working Legislation - requests to strengthen the organization and implementation of the functions, duties and powers in the spirit of Decree No.55/2011/ND-CP dated June 04, 2011 of the Government; there had procedures done in professional skills development and promulgation of legal documents by People's Council and People's Committee; Tasks, contents, work of monitoring the implementation of the legislation.
Organizing Committee toke the time for delegates discussed with reporters. This training conference has provided the knowledge, skills, and improved professional participants in the work of legislation and legal documents building.
