Vietnam needs to maintain its identity

Justice Minister Ha Hung Cuong on October 13 received Mr. Sean Doyle, EU Ambassador/ Head of the EU Delegation.
At the meeting, Minister Ha Hung Cuong congratulated Mr. Sean Doyle on excellently fulfilling his working term in Vietnam and thanked him for his contribution in promoting cooperative relations between Vietnam and the European Union, especially in the legal and judicial fields. The Minister also expressed his hope that, in his new position, the Ambassador would continue his support for Vietnam.
Mr. Sean Doyle thanked the Minister for his kind words and expressed his concerns regarding the cooperation between the European Union and Vietnam in the coming time. Sharing his impression on the identity of the Vietnamese people, the Ambassador stressed that each country, in different positions, had different perpectives. Therefore, to maintain its identity is an essential condition for the success of international integration./.-ITD
