Circular No. 09/2012/TT-BTP dated September 01, 2012 of the Justice Ministry to order and procedures for appointment, re-appointment, resignation, dismissal, demotion, demoted public leaders Department under the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement; Bureau leaders, leaders of professional and equivalent sections of the civil judgment Enforcement Department; judgment Enforcement sub department leaders. This Circular takes effect from the dated of October 15, 2012. The Circular consists of five chapters, 37 articles and 09 annexes form to specify the order, the steps and the preparation process documents involved in the work of staff.
Circular No. 10/2012/TT-BTP dated October 15, 2012 of Justice Ministry organized entrance examinations primary executors. Circular consists of 03 chapters, 22 articles. This Circular will take effect from the date of December 01, 2012.
Decision No. 2785/QD-BTP dated October 25, 2012 of Justice Minister to approve the organizational structure of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department, the number of leaders of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department, Professional Divisions’ Leaders of the Department of civil judgment Enforcement and civil judgment Enforcement sub department. Decision 2785/QD-BTP includes six articles. The Decision takes effect from the dated October 25, 2012.
