The training course of the laws on secured transactions and registration of secured transactions for the provinces in the Central Highlands

On November 22, in Buon Me Thuot City, Dak Lak province, Ministry of Justice in collaboration with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) organized a training course providing legal knowledge on secured transactions and registration of secured transactions for civil servants in charge of state management on registration of secured transactions in the provincial Departments of Justice, officials from Offices for Registration of Land Use Right, notaries and credit officers from 05 provinces in the Central Highlands including Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Lam Dong, Gia Lai and Kon Tum.
This training course is essential, helping to limit risks in credit activities and promoting the transaction to be concluded transparently and openly in the Central Highlands./.-ITD
