The ten most significant events of Justice Sector in 2012

On December 29, 2012 Minister of Justice issued Decision No. 3990/QD-BTP approving and announcing the ten most significant events of Justice Sector in 2012, including:
2. The Law on Capital was passed, creating the legal basis for the construction, development and management of the capital.
3. The Law on handling of administrative violation was passed and the Justice Sector was assigned to manage the task of handling the administrative violation.
4. The model of bailiff was successfully carried out in Ho Chi Minh city.
5. The Sector is assigned the new task on controlling administrative procedures.
6. The Decision approving the master plan for the development of notarization practising organisations through 2020 was issued.
7. The system of online registration for secured transations is applied nation- wide.
8. Vietnam submitted the official letter for accession to the Hague Convention on international justice.
9. Ministry of Justice fulfilled the implementation of establishing the network of Law junior colleges, 2 years over the due date.
10. The ethnics standard for staff in the justice sector was first issued.
