The Justice Ministry working group attends at the 3rd Conference of the Committee of the Asian Affairs- Union of International Notaries (UINL) in Mongolia.

Under the Decision No.1696/QD-BTP dated July 05, 2013 signed by Justice Minister, from July 16 to 21, Vietnamese delegation includes Judicial Support Bureau, Ministry of Justice, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city Notary Boards led by Mr. Phan Van Cheo, Chairman of Ho Chi Minh city notary Board joined the 3rd of Asia Affairs Commission Conference of UINL held in the Ulan Bator, capital of Mongolia.
Joining preside over this Conference were Mr. Jean-Paul Decorps, chairman of UINL, Chairman of the Committee of Asian Affairs, (the incumbent president is chairman of the South Korea notary Board), Chairman of the Chamber of Mongolian Notaries and Mongolia Justice Ministry’s representative.
The official representatives attending at the meeting were members of the Committee of the Asian Affairs- Union of International Notaries: Japan, China, South Korea, the host country Mongolia and Vietnamese delegation attend at the conference as observers.
The delegation of Vietnam actively participated in fully content agenda as official members and presented for discussion at the 3rd conference on the content and that were highly appreciated by Jean-Paul Decorps, chairman of UINL and the Member States concerned, appreciated.
