Justice Deputy Minister Dinh Trung Tung and Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Nguyen Manh Hien on June 24 had a meeting to agree on the draft joint circular guiding the registration and providing information on the mortgage of the land use rights and assets attached to land.
Receiving the comments and opinion at the meeting, the Department of National Registry of Secured Transactions under Ministry of Justice will revise the draft joint circular before submitting to the competent authorities. The draft joint circular is expected to be issued in early July. /.-ITD
