The interdisciplinary working delegation from the Ministries of Justice, Natural Resources and Environment examined the registration of security transactions by using land use rights and assets attached to land in Ho Chi Minh City

Following the inspection activities in Thua Thien Hue and Danang city, from June 07 to 08, the joint task group of the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Natural Resources - Environment has inspected the registration of security transactions by using land use rights and assets attached to land in Ho Chi Minh City.
The examinination showed that the municipal Departments of Justice, Natural Resources and Environment together with other concerned departments initially implemented the State management task on registration of security transactions in the city. The city also has plans to invest in improving the system of cadastral data for the registration of security transactions. Registration procedures have been publicly disclosed; the registration office was arranged, officials arranged to perform the registration of security transactions.
In addition, the inspection team found that the Ministry of Justice and other related Ministries should continue to study and improve the law on registration of security transactions to meet the practical requirements in the coming time.
