The Directive No. 27/CT-TTg to settle unsolved debts in basic construction at the local level

The Prime Minister has signed to issued Directive No. 27/CT-TTg on the key solution to overcome the unsolved basic contruction debts at the local level, which requires the resolute implementation of arrears handling construction. This work was carried out gradually according to the schedule each year and logical order of priority, ensuring that by the end of 2015 to complete the processing of basic construction debts.
In particular, the Prime Minister said that handling debts in basic construction is an important content of public investment restructuring and restoring discipline in basic construction investment; in another words, this is one of solutions to macro-financial stability and ensure sustainable economic growth.
In fact, the disbursement of capital construction investment from the State budget and Government bonds lower in the early months of 2012. The unsolved basic construction’s debts at local level are pretty common and serious level.
In order not to incur new debts of basic construction, the Prime Minister's request for 2013, People's Committee of provinces and cities directly under the Central Government to strengthen the inspection and supervision of the implementation the basic construction investment projects; actively apply measures timely to not give rise to debt in basic construction; clearly defined responsibilities and strict disciplinary action against the agencies, organizations and individuals caused this case...
