The training and forstering of judicial titles plays an important role in the success of judicial reform. Over 12 years of development, Judicial Academy affirmed its position in judicial title training with the graduation of more than 24,000 trainees.

At the working session, Doctor Phan Chi Hieu- Director of Judicial Academy- briefly informed the situation of training judges, court secretaries, verifiers and executive officers. He also reported Academy’s achievements as well as difficulties and proposed recommendations to the National Assembly’s Justice Committee.

The Justice Committee’s delegation made lots of questions to clarify the matters relating to the organization and operation of the Academy. All the questions were then clearly answered  and explained by the leaders of the Academy.

On behalf of Ministry of Justice’s leaders, Deputy Minister Nguyen Thuy Hien also agreed that judicial title training was the joint responsibility of the State, Government and functional agencies. She added that the National Assembly should soon have the integrated policy and direction to help Ministry of Justice have development orientation in building the Academy into a large center for judicial title training.

Addressing at the meeting, Ms Le Thi Nga affirmed that, since the foundation of the Academy, the National Assembly’s Justice Committee has paid much attention to  judicial title training. Besides, she shared difficulties of the academy on its legal institution. The Vice Chairman also expressed her hope that the Academy would make more efforts to fulfil its tasks and gained further achievements. On this occasion, the delegation noted Academy’s recommendations and promised that the National Assembly’s Justice Committee would consider these recommendations and soon make right decisions../.-ITD
