During his work visit to Northern provinces, Justice Deputy Minister Nguyen Duc Chinh on September 27 has visited and worked in the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Binh Dinh Province. Attending at the meeting with the Deputy Minister was Mr Hoang Sy Thanh, Acting General Director of Civil Enforcement; Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Binh Dinh Province leaders, leaders of professional units, organizations and officers from Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Qui Nhon.
After hearing the representatives of the Departments reported, the opinions of the participants at the meeting, Acting General Director of Civil Enforcement Hoang Sy Thanh has marked the results of Provincial Civil Enforcement was achieved in 2012, to answer the petition and direct the implementation of issues and problems in local.
Having speech to conclude the meeting, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duc Chinh praised the collective achievements of the civil judgment enforcement agencies in Binh Dinh Province. And He directed the implementation of a number of key tasks in the coming time. Deputy noted Department’s leaders to continue the good work of organizations and personnel; should assign the right staff, often encourage each implementation of the tasks assigned. For the enforcement of civil judgments, there have to take more drastic, promptly remove the difficulties and problems in the process of execution; accurate classification implementation; reduce case backlog; ensure and maintain the results of the implementation of sustainable projects, not run by achievements; implement the settlement of complaints and denunciations in the enforcement of civil judgments; timely implementation of the tasks of the sector, continue to fulfill official duties for 2013.
