Remedy to prevent spam messages

According to the Decree No. 77/2012/ND-CP issued by Government on advertising activities via phone and e-mail messages will be tightened. There have so many argued that is necessary to ensure environmental safety information for users.
Notably, Decree No.77/2012/ND-CP instead be sent up to 5 e-mail advertising messages as the old regulations, the Decree shall not be allowed to send more than one e-mail advertising campaigns similar content to an email address within 24 hours unless otherwise agreed with the recipient.
At the same time, there not be allowed to send more than one message advertising with content similar to a phone number within 24 hours and only allowed to send in the period from 7 am to 22 pm every day except otherwise agreed with the recipient.
Related to the specific measures implemented anti-spam regulations, the Ministry of Information and Communications will also be issued Circular, which also specifies the sanctions violations related to the problem this in the future.
