Promoting comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and the United States

On May 11th, Deputy Minister of Justice Nguyen Khanh Ngoc hosted a greeting ceremony to welcome Assistant Secretary of East Asia-Pacific Daniel Russel and Assistant Secretary of democracy, human rights and labor Tom Malinowski from the America Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss about matters relating to cooperation in legal and judicial.
At the ceremony, Deputy Minister Nguyen Khanh Ngoc affirmed that the Ministry of Justice highly appreciated the assistance from the United States. He also shared some information relating to legal and judicial improving progress in Vietnam, especially the deployment of the 2013 Constitution.
Both Assistant Secretary also appreciated the relation between to country and said that the cooperation in legal and judicial is a important foundation to promote strategic partnership between Vietnam and America.
