The conference aims at disseminating and increasing the awareness of the basic contents of the Law on judicial records and its guiding documents for leaders and officials from local Departments of Justice and agencies of civil judgment enforcement.

Representatives from 28 Northern cities and provinces will gather at the conference bridge in Hanoi under the chair of Department of Judicial Administration. Representatives from 16 central cities and provinces will gather at the conference bridge in Danang under the chair of National Center for judicial records. Delegates from 19 Southern cities and provinces will meet at the conference bridge in Hochiminh city under the chair of the Ministry’s Representative Office in Hochiminh city.

The conference will focus on three main areas including: the basic contents of Law on judicial records and its guiding documents;  the function and tasks of the national center for judicial records  and departments of justice in building and managing the database on judicial records; the cooperation mechanism between and among national center for judicial records and departments of justice as well as other agencies and organizations in providing and receiving information on judicial records./.-ITD
