New regulation on conditions of environmental survey service activity organization

The Government on March 29 issued Decree No. 27/2013/ND-CP dated March 29, 2013 stipulating the conditions of environmental survey service activity organization.
Accordingly, organizations which want to participate in the environmental survey service activity shall prepare procedures for granting Certificate of eligibility for environmental survey service activity.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment will be in charge of appraising and granting the Certificate to the organization requesting certification. The appraisal content includes the review of record, assessment and actual inspection at the organization.
The Decree shall take effect on June 05, 2013.
