Ministry of Justice’s activities in brief

To implement the task of legal dissemination and education in 2010, on September 7, the Department of Dissemination and Education, Ministry of Justice held the conference on traning legal knowledge to reporters on legislation. At the conference, the reporters was briefly introduced about the Trade Arbitration Law in 2010 and ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA).
Also on September 7, German Fund on Legal International Cooperation cooperated with Judicial Academy to hold the Conference on the role and ethnic of Judges. At the conference, the delegates discussed and listened to reports on the independent role and ethnic of Judge.
On the same day, the Ministry of Justice’s working delegation paid a visit to monitor the notary work in Bac Giang province. After the working session with the provincial Department of Justice, the delegation visited and checked the operating situation at three notary agencies: The notary office No 1, Thang Long notary office and Minh Khai notary office./.- ITD
