On August 30-31, Ministry of Justice, along with JICA, held the conference on supplementing and adjusting the Civil Code 2005. Attending the conference were Professor Aikyo Morishima from Japan and other JICA’s experts in Vietnam.

To implement the Project “Deploying the tasks of supervising the civil judgment enforcement” ( known as the Project 1987), the inspecting delegation including representatives from Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and Ministry of Industry and Trade inspected the legal implementation in the fields of environmental protection and food safety at six areas in Da Nang.
Ministry of Justice and PetroVietnam, on August 31, held the Seminar on “The state of legal implementation among state-owned businesses at central level”. The seminar aimed at evaluating and discussing the legal implementation among state-owned businesses at central level. It also collected opinions about the Draft Decree replacing the Decree No 122/ 2004/ ND-CP. The conference was held at the headquarter of PetroVietnam./.- ITD
